No, it's not.

That means that the protocol for those contacts is not loaded - they are, in
Kopete's perspective, empty.
Do you have any KDE 4 packages installed? (i.e. kde packages from KDE:KDE4 in
the build service, that start with kde and don't have a 3 in the rpm name).
Try rpm -V kdenetwork3-InstantMessenger.
Try downgrading your KDE rpms back to the 10.2 defaults.
