I've had a brief look at it and It seems over-complex for plain notes. Is it 
agoing to try replace ToDos and Notes?
 And the name - Basket??????  My idea of a basket is something that is full 
and disorganised and hard to get things out of.  The name has to be changed, 
it is totally meaningless for its functionality.  Change Basket to 
Kmemos/Kmemoranda or something that describes its function.
