No. One can only sort a directory, not a portion. To sort a portion
is a bit clumsy:
1. Create a temporary directory with a unique name.
2. Select the items you want to sort
3. Move those selected items to the directory created in step 1
4. Sort that directory
5. Move the items from that directory to the desired potition
6. If desired, remove the directory created in step 1
