Thanks Will Stephenson for understanding the problem and giving right suggestion on this.
Well, the above mentioned URL specified that kopete will not work with HTTP proxy , and this is a bug which is fixed now .
But i am not understanding, as SLES10/SLES10 contains latest version KDE and GNOME , why those fixed patches still not
applied to kopete in SLES10/SLED10 ? . If this is bug where Novell already know about it , then why Novell still not released
patch for this ?
