Hello!
It seems that using the KDE 3.5.3 packages for SuSE 10.0 I cannot get my
USB-stick to appear in media:/ after I plugged it in. It is mounted and
accessible though, since I can just cd to /media/usbdisk and have a look at
its contents.
I read on bugs.kde.org that this could be related to a broken linkage to HAL
which results in it not reporting the mount-states correctly.
How can I find out, if this is really the case?
Thanks,
Sven
