Arjen de Korte did that off-list; thanks Arjen! :)

According to the bugreport at bugzilla.novell.com, the bug appeared in
10.1-beta9, and was solved. But all kdebase3-SuSE .src.rpm's from 9.3, 10.0
and 10.1-beta9 still have the bug. I didn't check earlier versions. ;P
