Hi,
Are you shure that just the mouse froze? Does the keyboard still work?
(Try "ALT-F2" - does a window pop up; or try "CTRL-ALT-F1" to get back
to the console)
If you can get to a root login (on console or in some xterm/kconsole
then the following command _might_ help: "rcgpm restart". This (re)starts
the 'console-mouse', and for me (on my laptop) this helps against 'mice gone
mad'...

I lost my mouse. Better said it froze. Is there a key combination to regain
hold of a frozen mouse ? Optionally is there a 'Unix command' to get it going
again ?
