KDevelop - Could not create plugin for C++

So I've begun the daunting task of venturing into KDE/Qt programming with an
app idea thats for sure way too big for an initial venture into Qt land, but
I don't really mind.
However, I have an issue with my updated KDevelop. Whenever I try to open the
project I just recently created, I receive an error that KDevelop "Could Not
Create Plugin for C++", then quits. I remember hearing something about this
back in KDevelop 3, with KDE 3.2, but I wasn't a KDE guy then. Actually, I
was forced into being a Windows user for a while, and only reading lists :)
Anyways, I'd appreciate any help since I'd like to get cranking on the
prototype for my cad idea, and as of now, I'm thinking it might be an rpm
issue off the supplementary repos. I'm using KDevelop 3.3 on KDE 3.5.0.
Thanks!
