I think they just hid it, since when you look at your process-list you will
still see a suseplugger process-list. If I remember correctly, they added a
configure-button to any dialogue it pops up. So if you insert a CD or
something it should ask what to do and offer the congure-thingy as well.
You might have a problem though to re-enable it, since you need those
dialogues (which you disabled) to get to the config. Also, you might run into
a problem if you enabeld "Do not ask again" for all actions, since that too
means that you cannot trigger any dialogue anymore.
I think this is a bug and should be reported.
