Interesting. I'm reading with a Windoze Outlook client and when i
click "Reply", Outlook uses your personal address, not the list's
address.

Yes, that's what i observed, too. OK, now back to your topic again:

Basically, this requires a setup similar to the one that is used by
this list, i.e. have a "List-Post:" header with the list's address
and *no* "Sender:" header or configure the "Sender:" header to be
the poster's address. (Don't know if your friend's mailing list software
supports this.)

Off-topic rant again: The term "listserv" (and similarly "listerve")
is reserved by L-Soft, the providers of LISTSERV(r) since 1986.
However, i won't tell my boss about it ;-))
If by some chance your friend actually *is* using LISTSERV, i'll
work my heart out to help her achieve what she wants. I'm not
too acquainted with other mailing list products, though.
