Problem with KNemo and KMail

I downloaded the sources of KNemo from
http://packman.links2linux.com/?action=439 and successfully ./configure make
and make install -ed them.
But how do I load KNemo? The KDE Apps page at
http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=12956 says:
KNemo is not an executable but an KDED service. Therefore it has to be started
using Control Center/KDE Components/Service Manager.
But the service manager doesn't show KNemo. What do I do? Please advise.
Thanks.
Regarding KMail, the problem is: I have added suse-linux-e@xxxxxxxx to my
address book and given it the nickname SLE. When I used to use Mozilla I used
to be able to just enter the nickname and Mozilla would automatically expand
it to the full. Doesn't this work so with KMail?
Thanks again.
