KDM problem after upgrade to 3.4 one user won't log in

Hello everybody,
I face the problem that after upgrading to 3.4 on a 9.2 SuSE all users can log
in, only one won't do. I do really need to log in this one because most of my
mail accounts work with him.
Please help me.
I already tried :
-deleting temp directories
-deleting kdm config files (only effort is different look and root not allowed
to log in any more :-( )
-run genkdmconf
Is there any other suggestion?
