Hi,
I think you've found this thread

mention most of the things discussed in it. However, did you try editing
the KDE files (http://lists.suse.com/archive/suse-kde/2004-Dec/0070.html)?
Or perhaps recompile the Arts rpm using the src.rpm
(http://lists.suse.com/archive/suse-kde/2004-Dec/0082.html)?
