1.6.52 is from KDE-3.3, and is of Alpha-quality (I believe). 1.6.2 is from the
stable KDE-3.2.3.
If you really want to install KMail-1.6.52, go to
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/adrian (or a mirror).
If you have apt installed, add 'suse-people' as a source.
