Hi,
Since upgrading my SUSE 9.0 Pro to KDE-3.2.2 (from the SUSE ftp server), I'm
having a lot of trouble with some network related apps.
On my home machine Konq's lan browsing is shakey at best. Also, trying ftp:
or http: in konq causes it to crash. Clicking on the Konqueror browser icon
brings up a KDE crash handler directly. Strangely, fish: works fine, but
slow.
On my workstation at work things are much worse. I have the above mentioned
problems, but in adition to that KMail is so unstable it's completely
unusable. Clicking on "send" would crash it immediately. Through Kontact
things are a little better, but there crucial things are missing, like the
KMail entry under settings.
Does anybody else have any of these problems?
Thank you
Hans
