Hi, I have installed SuSE Linux 9.1 Professional recently and I am having a problem when trying to logon as a particular user. Here is what happens: I created a user as root and then logged on to the system KDE session and everything is OK. The next day I try to log in as that same user and no matter what window manager I choose I get back to the logon screen and cannot get anything started. If I create a new user as root again that user works fine without problems until the following day when I reboot my computer. Thank you for any advice. George Yahoo!
