Changed the URL and this is what came back: Sending failed: Could not connect to host smtp.swbell.yahoo.com The message will stay in the 'outbox' folder until you either fix the problem (e.g. a broken address) or remove the message from the 'outbox' folder. Note: Other messages will also be blocked by this message, as long as it is in the 'outbox' folder The following transport protocol was used: Outgoing That address will not work with Outlook or Outlook Express either. I have found that smtp.sbc.yahoo.com is the only one that will work for either in sending. Conversly pop.sbc.yahoo.com won't work in either of the other two mail programs for receiving. It has to be pop.swbell.yahoo.com. When SWBell, and all the other baby bells, merged into SBC they sent a message that the mail servers should contain sbc rather than swbell. Before that it was pop.swbell.net. Then when they joined forces with Yahoo the mail address changed again to add the Yahoo server.
