Problem compiling KDE programs AGAIN.

Well, for God sakes. It seems like every other update to KDE causes all
configure scripts to puke saying that kdelibs3 must be installed first
before one can compile. And yes, I have the -devel stuff installed. It
seems to be an every other build thing.
THIS is why I've taken to using my powerbook 90% of the time. Arrgh!
