using textblocks in kmail with an F-Key

Hello, I'm looking for an option to insert text for example my adress by using only one key, like the F-keys, oder Strg-x. I'm using the german version of kmail 1.5.1 using kde 3.1.2 and can not find any part in the settings. Isn't kmail able to do this? cu Thomas
