Mousbuttons in KDE: Can they be assigned?

Hi Everyone, I wonder if there is a way to assign mousebuttons to specific functions. I just bought the Logitech Optical Click! mouse and it has a extra button which can, under Windows, be used to replace the ALT+TAB keystrokes which is used to switch between documents. I was looking through the KDE Control Center and found all sorts fo things to assign key-strokes, but nothing for mousebuttons. The mouse tool is not of much help here. Would that be something I would have to do via the XFree86 config file? The mouse is loaded via the "mouse" module in XFree.
