Thank you for your response. Your solution worked. I
moved my .kde folder to another location, and
konqueror worked correctly.
I did do some search on the list, I have discovered
the discussion you mentioned. But I didn't find any
helpful suggestion from that discussion, so that's why
I have posted my question.
