kde 3.1.3: kmail and imap folder creation

Hi,
i have some trouble creating mailfolders from kmail on an imap server.
On www.kde.org there is a hint that it is a problem with the SuSE
delivered binaries (i am running kde 3.1.3 on SuSE 8.0 i386 with
kdenetwork3-3.1.3-23).
Will there be a new version supporting imap folder creation from SuSE ?
