No. It has the stench of modern (read what dumb users want) GUIs. :)

Yes..the default is Keramik..but you can pretty much twist it to your
likeing.

It's KDE and it's Open Source. 3.1 is suppose to give more control over
the themes and the GUI itself. So if you don't like the
defaults..click..click..done changed. :)
