Nope. 3.1 has more features than 3.0, but the screenshots you're seeing are
just some of the cosmetic changes. Not changes, "additions". And they're all
optional so you can keep the look you've got now if you want.
I wouldn't go too much by the screenshots, those were overdone to try and show
all the features at once. I only use some specific options with the Keramik
style and I've gotten a really nice-looking desktop. That functions just like
KDE 3.0.
