Ian,
You first have to "browse" for the file you want to install first then
you can install. If there is no file listed in the lower text box,
then how can it install it? Don't unpack the .tar.gz file, it will do
that for you and put the whole icon package in the correct place. Just
locate the file .tar.gz and then install it and then select it from the
top list and then apply it!

Ian,
