I've been using 7.3 for about a year now, and it seems that when it comes to fonts, that when I get them anti-aliased in KDE, then GNOME apps can't see my TrueType fonts. I just updated (though not through YOU) to KDE 3.0.2 and have found my anti-aliasing missing from KDE but now GNOME apps seem to be able to see my TT fonts. My anti-aliasing was working perfectly (at least in KDE) under 3.0.1 and before and after the upgrade, I did not change any anti-aliasing settings. Now TT fonts show up, but in regular jagged fashion. Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? I am also a user of the xft hack found on kde-look.org. Is there a possibility it may have to do with this? TIA for any assistance. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
