APT は SUSE Linux 10.0 から含まれるようになりました。必要なパッケージをインストールするには YaST
を使ってください。APT がインストールされたら、 /etc/apt/sources.list を編集する必要があります。

とあったので、今後APTをサポートしていく流れなのかと思ったら、逆だったんですね。
リポジトリが用意されていない現時点では
YaST２等提供されているものを使っていった方がよさそうですね。
