KDE 3.2.3がリリースされたようです。
＃正式アナウンスは、まだのようです。
＃ミラーサーバへミラーをかけている段階だと思います。
-----(一般的なKDEのリリースの手順)-----
a) a proper release tag is made (not a lowercase one like you did)

b) the tarball is uploaded to ftp master

c) the packagers are notified and get a few days, to prepare packages

d) the announcement is prepared

e) the kde packages are released to the ftp mirrors and they some get
   time to sync them

f) an announcement is added and submitted to a few news sites.
