Hallo zusammen, da ich neu in dieser Liste bin (in anderen SuSE-Listen schon eine Weile eingertagen) erst mal ein Hallo in die Runde. ;-) Ich habe das Problem das ich es nach einer halben Ewigkeit (jedenfalls kommen mir die drei Tage Vollzeitbeschäftigung so vor) einfach nicht gebacken den Fax-Server zur mitarbeit zu überreden. Ich habe schon einige Forums-Beitrage bzw. Anleitungen im Web gelesen. So die Ausgangssituation ist die das im Server auf welchem SuSE-9.1 installiert ist eine AVM-B1-Karte eingebaut ist. Das ganze hängt an einer Alcatel-Telfonanlage. Einen Kartendeffekt bzw. ein Problem mit der Telefonanlage kann ich (zumindest fü's senden) ausschließen da ich zum testen mal mit dieser Karte am gleichen TK-Anschluß eine Internetverbindung konfiguriert habe was auch ohne Probleme funktioniert hat. Für die Amtsholung an der Nebenstelle ist ein Null notwendig. Dies habe ich in Yast bei der Konfiguration der ISDN-Karte angegen. Nun habe ich folgende Pakete installiert: - hylafax - capi4hylafax - i4l-base - i4l-isdnlog - i4lfirm Anschließend habe ich den Befehl 'faxsetup' aufgerufen und die Fragen wie folgt beantwortet: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ faxsetup Anfang ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ HylaFAX configuration parameters are: [1] Init script starts faxq: yes [2] Init script starts hfaxd yes [3] Start old protocol: no [4] Start paging protocol: no Are these ok [yes]? yes Modem support functions written to /var/spool/fax/etc/setup.modem. Can I terminate this faxq process (3332) [yes]? yes Should I restart the HylaFAX server processes [yes]? yes ou do not appear to be using faxgetty to notify the HylaFAX scheduler about new modems and/or their status. This means that you must use the faxmodem program to inform the new faxq process about the modems you want to have scheduled by HylaFAX. Beware that if you have modems that require non-default capabilities specified to faxmodem then you should read faxmodem(8C) manual page and do this work yourself (since this script is not intelligent enough to automatically figure out the modem capabilities and supply the appropriate arguments). Should I run faxmodem for each configured modem [yes]?yes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ faxsetup Ende ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hiernach habe ich 'faxaddmodem' aufgerufen und folgende Werte gesetzt: Do you want setup a CAPI 2.0 based ISDN modem [no]? yes Anschließend habe ich den Dialog wie folgt ausgefüllt: Outgoing MSN: 4829299 Incoming MSNs: 4829299 Accept Speech: Yes Accept Global Calls: Yes Fax Numer: 06214829299 Fax Identifier: User Firmenname Number Prefix: empty (da ja in der ISDN-Kartenkonfiguration bereits angegeben) Das Logfile /tmp/capifax.log habe ich komplett leer gemacht und das Log-Level auf die höchste Stufe (4) gesetzt. Nach der Konfiguration habe ich den Server neu gestartet und folgende Parameter überprüft: Der Aufruf 'faxstat' liefert: HylaFAX scheduler on com.softwareschmied: Running Modem faxCAPI (06214829299): Running and idle Die Eingabe '/etc/init.d/isdn status' liefert: Checking for service isdn: running Nach dem Neustart des Servers steht in /tmp/capifax.log [ 4266]: c2faxrecv - INFO: Device "faxCAPI" uses 2 receive thread(s) with the following config: [ 4266]: c2faxrecv - INFO: Controller=1 : IncomingMSNs=4829299 [ 4266]: c2faxrecv - INFO: Started in Hylafax mode and waiting on incoming calls. In /etc/inittab ist folgende Zeile enthalten: fr:35:respawn:/usr/bin/c2faxrecv -q "/var/spool/fax" In /var/spool/fax gibt es die beiden Dateien: - FIFO - FIFO.faxCAPI Das Verzeichnis /var/spool/fax/sendq ist leer es existieren also keine alten Faxaufträge. Nun versuche ich ob ich senden kann. Hierzu habe ich auf dem Server eine Grafikdatei im TIFF-Format welche ich per Befehl an unser Papierfax senden möchte. Das Papierfax hat die Nummer: 06214829399 Hierzu gebe ich am Server in der Konsole den Befehl: sendfax -n -d 06214829399 Barcodes.tif ein. Nach der Eingabe erhalte ich: request id is 1 (group id 1) for host localhost (1 file) Danach finde ich in /tmp/capifax.log die Einträge: [ 4358]: CapiFaxSend - INFO: SESSION BEGIN 00000001 06214829299 [ 4358]: CapiFaxSend - INFO: SEND FAX: JOB 1 DEST 06214829399 COMMID 00000092 [ 4358]: CapiFaxSend - INFO: Try to connect to fax number 06214829399 in Hylafax mode on controller 1. Wie dem Posting hoffentlich zu entnehmen ist habe ich schon sehr vile versucht und ich kann einfach keinen Fehler finden. Ich hoffe jemand von Euch kann mir helfen. -- Viele Grüße Sven Gehr
