Nein, mit pnpdump kannst Du nicht schauen, das zeigt immer die untersten Werte an. Also IRQ 3 oder 4 funktioniert auf den meisten Boards nicht 5,7,9 sind meist die besten Kandidaten.

Was sagt den jetzt cat /proc/interrupt und capiinfo ? Was passiert beim minicom test ? (eventuell noch ein modprobe capidrv notwendig, falls nur ccapiinit benutzt wurde und nicht rcisdn start)
Was macht der Bootparameter noacpi? Ist das dass PowerManagement das ausgeschaltet wird?
Jain, ACPI ist nur zum Teil Power Managment, sondern dient in erster Linie der Konfiguration der Onboard Komponenten, wie Interruptcontroller, PCI usw. Leider sind manche BIOS Versionen nicht voll ACPI kompatibel, was dann zu Problemen führt.
