Ich habe eine kleine Frage bezgl. ISDN und den Log-Einträgen. Ich habe unter Suse 8.1 mein ISDN per YAST2 mit Hisax eingerichtet. Läuft auch soweit ganz fein, doch beim Blick in die Message-Datei in /var/log machte mich ein wenig stutzig. Insbesondere beim Auflegen der ISDN Internetverbindung per kinternet oder cinternet erzeugte merkwürdige, teils doppelte Einträge:

Was mich insbesondere wundert ist die Zeile: Feb 24 18:38:52 linux ipppd[7499]: Connect[0]: /dev/ippp0, fd: 12
Wird da etwa die Verbindung nach dem Abwählen wieder aufgebaut? Oder sind diese mehrfachen Einträge normal?
Normal Das connect ist ein locales connect zwischen dem ipppd und dem kernel Netzwerk device. ipppd hat nichts mit dem waehlen und der physikalischen Verbindung zu tun. -- Karsten Keil SuSE Labs ISDN development
