"the phone restarts" würde ich als unerwünschte Rauswahl interpretieren.

... und der Uhrzeit und der Regelmäßigkeit nach, verursacht durch einen 
cron-Job, der eventuell fehlkonfiguriert ist.
Was steht in /var/log/messages um diese Zeit?
