Hi
Möchte mich von dem Rechner meiner Freundin (Win98) in meinen Linuxrechner
einwählen und habe dabei festgestellt, daß Win sich leider nicht ordnungsgemäß
anmelden will.

Mein Eintrag in der /etc/inittab sieht folgendermaßen aus:
I6:123:respawn:/usr/sbin/mgetty -x 6 -s 115200 /dev/ttyI6
und in der login.config von mgetty habe ich folgendes eingetragen:
/AutoPPP/ - ppp /usr/sbin/pppd 115200 auth -chap +pap
das entsprechende Passwort für den User ppp ist in der Datei pap.secrets
vorhanden. Wie kann ich nun Win98 dazu überreden sich richtig anzumelden bzw.
geht das überhaupt? Habe gehört, daß zumindest Win95 bei der Anmeldung am
Server nicht die übliche Loginprozedur verwendet und sofort eine
ppp-Gegenstelle erwartet. Die Authentifizierung soll über das LCP-Protokoll
erfolgen. Kennt sich jemand damit aus?
Wenn ich nun versuche mich von meinem Linuxrechner in den Ž98 - Apparat meiner
Freundin einzuwählen passiert folgendes:

Wie kann man hier Abhilfe schaffen? Muß ich evtl. Samba installieren um
Zugriff zu erhalten?
