Andrew,

please start early with submission of packages from their devel package to 
openSUSE:Factory.  Each package needs to go through a legal review and that 
might take a few days and since you'll submit a large number, let's start 
early with those that you have already.  You can always submit a patch 
afterwards - but please start early with the first submit to Factory.
