Yeah, I'm getting much the same error right now as well.  Let me poke
around and see what is wrong...

Ah, it looks like M:F is being rebuilt at the moment:
        https://build.opensuse.org/project/monitor?project=Moblin%3AFactory

So give obs a while to build everything and then dependancies like this
will be resolved.
