GNOME 3.6 moved the application global menu into the status bar [top bar]. This works well for maximized applications ... but how are you supposed to get to this menu for an application that is not maximized?
Emphathy in particular, this switches to be the menu for another application if I mouse over another application on the way to the menu.
Perhaps this feature is just incompatible with focus-follows-mouse?
Indeed, Focus-Follow seems not to work reliable with this.. might be worthy to try to seek for ideas with upstream...
I wouldn't have a smart solution to combine the two ways of working...
It always works (for me) to drag the window close enough to the app menu that no other application is in between. :-) Mike -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-gnome+owner@opensuse.org
