Yeah, unfortunately openSUSE's release schedule doesn't align with
GNOME's (and therefore with Banshee's).  Ubuntu will actually be
shipping Banshee 2.0 -- which these 1.9.x releases are building up to.
I would actually be OK with openSUSE shipping Banshee 1.9.x.

At the very least it should ship 1.8.1, a bug-fix-only release, but I
can't verify it builds correctly and submit it to Factory because
libwebkit hasn't been buildable in Factory for weeks due to a OOM
issue[1].
