Thanks!  I've now installed this, alas -- how do I use it?

 % rpm -ql teatime | grep bin
 /usr/bin/teatime_applet_3

...indicates there is a program called teatime_applet_3 (weird name,
by the way), alas this does not show up under "Add to Panel..." and
invoking it directly appears to be a nop.

Some missing dependency perhaps?
