Empathy now uses the XMPP way to let people connect to facebook. But I
guess that as long as pidgin doesn't make it easy to configure a
facebook account via XMPP, the plugin might still be useful.
Just had a look at this plugin, and considering that I can't find a bug
report that it's not working I think nobody uses it :) it actually fails to
load due to -Wl,-as-needed, which of course does not fail on a library, as it
could well be that the main app does link the dependency. Nevertheless,
nobody in the chain seems to link in json-glib and as such the module fails
to load (at least on my machine).
So actually: does ANYBODY use this plugin?
