The current features are nice, including the adium themes which look
awesome and plus is total integrated with the GNOME desktop. I'm just
trying to figure if it supports all msn features from pidgin.

I'm currently testing the new empathy (2.27.3) with the only backend i
use (msn). I'm trying to figure if offline msgs and send/receive files
work as pidgin. The new features for empathy is impressive, also the
notifications are supported and work as expected. Maybe facebook users
can have a word since empathy doesn't support this protocol.
Oh. That could be a blocker for me. I have a FATE request in to install
Pidgin's support for Facebook out of the box in 11.2, so if we switch to
Empathy I'd like to see the same thing.

I'll give Empathy a try, though.
