As glib, gtk, orbit, gnome-libs are still maintained in Factory, it would be better to keep GNOME:GNOME1 and move primary Factory development of GNOME1 packages there and remove their clones from GNOME:Factory, GNOME:2_24 and GNOME:2_26... gnome-libs is definitely not related to GNOME 2.26 but to GNOME 1.4. It's also the only place for xmms and other ancient stuff people may like to have (well, xmms does not build on the latest version actually).
