Gilouche. See /etc/gtk-2.0/gtkrc and vendor gconf directory.

Behavior is defined in: gtk2-branding-openSUSE, gtk2-theme-openSUSE,
gconf2-branding-openSUSE and partially gnome-menus-branding-openSUSE and
glib2-branding-openSUSE.
