I guess openFate is the rigth place, isn't it?
Beside of enhancemente bug Bugzilla looks into the past (existing code
with bugs) but openFate is the tool where we look into the future and
should track new features.

I'm ok with using openFATE, but since some people suggested just using
bugzilla, I added it to the minutes :-) So yeah, if anyone has anything
against openFATE, speak now :-)
