As precise as what you said I can write:
- Every user, with the exception of Magnus, checks the changelog on repoview
before installing a new version, in order to see if it's interesting for
them.
Both points are completely useless to bring up, as both statements are just
thrown in the air.
BUT: I agree that there are to many points where a 'change' has to be marked.
(also think osc ci). Having this unified would be quite practical.
