Hrm, you also need the Requires, else the packages will fail to install. Or am I missing something?
I'm pretty sure that a package that owns files/directories within a directory that doesn't exist will create that directory and it will simply be unowned by any installed package.
Also, removing the libgnome BuildRequires makes things build faster (because they don't have to wait for libgnome).
