I'm with you Rodrigo. I'd like to see 11.0 enabled for Factory. We would
also need a discussion how to handle this in the future;

What will happen once 11.1 is released. Will we start building GNOME
2.26 for both 11.1 and 11.0 in Factory as well?
To which repo should we move GNOME 2.24 for 11.0 users once 11.1 is
released?
