I've fixed most of this thanks to a small script I added to the
osc-plugins git repo (obs-dissector/fix-broken.py).

A few packages still require a manual merge, though:
 dice
 evolution-exchange
 ggz-client-libs
 gnome-media
 gnome-session
 gucharmap
 libflashsupport
 libgda

I'll fix them now.
