Yes, gegl and babl are packaged there as well.

Ah, I overseen it. I have been searching for gimp-2.5 in OBS and not
found any. I did not search for gegl separately.

You probably did a bad shared library split. The package should be named
libgegl-0_0-0 and plugins probably as (lib)gegl-0_0.

I will add you as a maintainer to multimedia:photo.

Feel free to move geglmm there.
