Nobody objected at that time.
A bit too late for 11.0 I would think.
10.3 is still available and does not contain all the latest bits :-) I
mean, what's the point of a new distro release if you don't use the
latest stuff out there? I'm guessing that you perhaps wrote that with PA
in mind but since I don't know what issues you have, I can't comment.

I am not sure how pulse audio came about in the first
place.
I am not using it ( and not willing to ) and I think
there are quite a
few people thinking likewise.
It'd probably be easier to discuss this if you could let us know why you
don't want to use it. I have heard, from exactly one person, that sound

I vote for usability and ease of use, not accumulation

gimmickry. If I wanted that I would use Ubuntu (
K-Flavour )
