tabs inside tabs are usually a bad idea, so you'd better think about a
better GUI. At gnome-control-center we experimented with some layouts,
and the only thing that convinced us was to use expanders that get
expanded/collapsed when another expander is collapsed/expanded. That is,
only one expander will be expanded at a time.
